1.Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
* We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.

• Only full-priced items are eligible for return/exchange. Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

2.How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

. Contact us : call or text - 8383965923 with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
. Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
. Once your request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address provided.
. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an call and message notification once your return has been processed.

3.Refunds

• Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• In cases of defective or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4.Exchanges

• You may exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability).

5.In Case of Damages

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact 8383965923 with images of the garment so our team can assess further. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
• All items are carefully quality-checked before dispatch; however, as our products are hand-finished, slight variations may occur.
